RETURN POLICY
1. Notes for return and exchange:

2. Circumstances where returns and exchanges are not supported:

3. Other matters needing attention:
1. Gap physical stores do not accept returns and exchanges of goods purchased online.

3. Partial returns and exchanges of set products are not accepted.
4. The shopping paper bag obtained from the packaging fee is a special service, this shopping bag is not a commodity, and no return or exchange request for any reason will be accepted.
5. The exchange is limited to replacement within the same paragraph, and the price of the replacement product must not be higher than the original purchase price, otherwise the return application review will fail.
6. Active product exchange. In order to avoid the shortage of exchange products, it is recommended that you choose to return the original order, place a new order for your favorite product and pay (but in this case, if the new order is not satisfied with the free shipping threshold, you need to Bear the corresponding freight). D: Due to the production process or fabric treatment, some products will fade or deform after washing. 1. If applicable laws and regulations have different mandatory provisions on the related matters involved in this return and exchange policy, such mandatory provisions shall prevail.
